STONESVILLE F.C. FLAMES, INC. Commission-Based Sponsorship Sales Representative

Stonersville F.C. Flames, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit girls’ fastpitch softball organization serving Berks County, is seeking a motivated and dependable person to help develop new business sponsorships and community partnerships.

This is a flexible, commission-only opportunity. There is no salary or hourly wage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact local businesses and community organizations.

• Present approved Flames sponsorship and partnership opportunities.

• Develop professional relationships with prospective sponsors.

• Secure completed sponsorship agreements and payments.

• Maintain accurate records of contacts, follow-ups, and secured sponsorships.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The representative may pursue approved tournament-title sponsorships, field-banner sponsorships, supporting-business sponsorships, and customized major-project partnerships.

COMPENSATION

• 15% commission on each new paid sponsorship personally secured by the representative.

• Commission is earned only after Stonersville F.C. Flames, Inc. receives the sponsor’s full payment.

• All sponsor payments must be made directly to Stonersville F.C. Flames, Inc.

• Charitable donations, player registrations, tournament entry fees, and player-generated $400 banner sponsorships are not commissionable.

• Refunded or canceled sponsorships are not commissionable.

• Renewals qualify only when the representative actively secures the renewal.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Professional, dependable, and comfortable communicating with business owners and community leaders.

• Able to work independently with a flexible schedule.

• Sales, networking, fundraising, or community-outreach experience is helpful but not required.

• An interest in youth athletics and supporting opportunities for girls is strongly preferred.

The Flames will provide approved sponsorship packages, pricing, forms, and promotional materials. Representatives may not change sponsorship prices or benefits, sign contracts on behalf of the organization, or make unauthorized commitments or expenses.

Final terms will be provided in a written agreement.
